Volunteering

A variety of roles are needed to make our home tournament a success every year.


Each family is expected to complete 4 volunteer hours each season, unless they opted out and payment was sent during season registration.


Please read through the following closely.


  1. Volunteer hours are per family. If you have multiple children involved in Milton Storm, the requirement remains 4 total volunteer hours per season.
  2. All families who have not worked the required amount of volunteer hours will be billed $200 for un-worked hours at the end of the season.
  3. Families who experience hardship, or are unable to fulfill the obligations of the required hours, must submit to the Board of Directors, in writing, an explanation stating why the family is unable to fulfill the obligation. All requests will be reviewed by the Board.
  4. To be credited for hours, you must use the online registration.
  5. Families who fail to show up for their shift will be billed $200 for un-worked hours at the end of the season.


Coaches and Board Members have fulfilled their volunteer hours and are not required to sign up.
