9U baseball coach Tom McLean is a results driven, compassionate community member who believes the way to a win is through a total team effort. He is passionate enough about America's past time that he and Sarah (his wife) put forth great efforts with other community members to build and grow Milton Storm. He also serves as Milton Storm's President.

Originally from the Edgerton area, Tom has settled into the Milton area with his wife Sarah and their two boys (both currently Milton Storm players in the 9U and 12U teams). Tom supports his family working for KW Associates.

Tom has played America's past time since his childhood and holds no favorites when it comes to teams - other than the Milton Storm family.

Coach McLean's goal is to expand the kids' baseball knowledge and skills while providing a positive experience in a competitive setting. He leads with a focus on Sportsmanship, emphasizing "respect for all players and coaches." His hope is that players at all levels in the Milton Storm program will learn valuable life lessons about hard work and being a team player. He prepares the kids to ultimately succeed in life by helping them understand the process of learning from failure.
